Booking procedure

If you would like to make a reservation, please note the following procedure:

• • After we receiving your request, we will ask you for a payment as soon as we confirmed that your requested date is available.
  • If your enquiry is more than 30 days before the check-in date, we require a deposit of 25% of the booking amount in order to make the reservation.
  • If your check-in date is less than 30 days after your booking request, we require the full amount in advance to confirm the reservation.
  • After receiving the deposit or the full amount, the date will be reserved for you.
  • At the latest 30 days before the check-in date, we need the full amount on our account.
  • We will send 1 payment reminder in advance. If the final payment is not received, we will return the deposit and cancel the reservation.

Cancellation policy

• To receive a full refund or deposit, you have to cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged with 50% for all nights.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged by 100% for all nights.
• You can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation also occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Important house rules

• • Our vacation home is designed for a maximum of 2 persons.
    We count all people regardless of their age.
  • Check-in after 18:00, Check-out before 10:00
    We will be personally present at Check-in and Check-out.
  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • No party
  • The use of the house and the terraces is only permitted for the two guests registered at the time of booking. This also applies to the use of all accessories.
  • We ask you not to hit any insects against the walls that get into the house despite the fly screen. This helps us to keep the house in good condition.
  • We ask you to contact us immediately in the event of damage or problems so that we can help quickly.
  • Bathroom: Please use the toilet while seated!
  • Kitchen: for grilling meat or fish, please use the outdoor grill!
  • Outdoor use:
    Our outdoor grill is designed exclusively for use with grill-briquettes.
    We provide these briquettes along with a Weber grill starter: free of charge.
    This will give you perfect embers in 20 minutes that will last for almost one hour.
    It is not permitted to use wood or charcoal in this grill.
