The 34 m² interior is bright, airy, and masterfully arranged. The open-plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen (including a large fridge and separate freezer) and a comfortable dining area. To ensure a restful climate, the air conditioning is strategically placed to cool the entire house while keeping the sleeping area pleasant. Your nights are spent on a high-quality 22 cm mattress (160 × 200 cm), and every window is fitted with retractable fly screens so you can enjoy the sea breeze undisturbed.

Outdoor living at Nikša is a dream. Two private terraces invite you to linger over long meals or lounge in the sun. For active souls, two stand-up paddleboards (SUP) are ready for you to explore the calm waters of the bay. After a day at the beach, enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower or a BBQ evening under the stars—we provide everything from briquettes to utensils.

We believe in the little details: enjoy freshly filtered drinking water from our reverse osmosis system, a morning Nespresso, and the convenience of an on-site washing machine. From premium toiletries to your first round of coffee capsules, everything is prepared for a seamless, hassle-free stay.
